General Information
The activities of the international laboratory "Photoprocesses in mesoscopic systems" associated with the solution of fundamental and applied problems of modern polaritonics and quantum optical information processing - new and rapidly developing interdisciplinary field, incorporating elements of photonics, condensed matter physics, statistical physics and computer science.
Laboratory staff is formed on the basis of the staff of the University ITMO, University of Iceland, Nanyang Technological University.
Development of the theory of the interaction of photons with mesoscopic objects of different nature and the formulation of practical recommendations for the implementation of the implementation of the studied phenomena opens the door for the creation of optoelectronic devices of new generation.
